The Bella Largo Dining Experience

If you toured the kitchen at Bella Largo you will find a few things missing. There is no large walk in freezer, there is no deep fryer and there is no store room with racks of canned goods. You will find steam ovens utilized to preserve all the nutrients in our vegetables and meals from scratch.

Delicious and fresh food will be found at each meal but also well balanced and nutritious. We will utilizing as much farm to fork product that is available.

Each resident will be given a large multi choice meal preference interview by our staff to determine not only meal preferences, but dietary needs as well. This will be documented in our computer system and when our staff plates a meal for your loved one we will cross check this data bank.

We recognize that delicious and quality food is as important to us, as it is our guests.

Meals at times will also be an event with on deck outdoor grilling, table side presentations, cooking demonstrations and more.

If a family event is planned our private dining room is available for groups up to 12.
